Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2010En el presente texto se muestra el desarrollo del proyecto partiendo de una propuesta urbana para finalmente desarrollar un proyecto puntual, siendo un ejercicio que se plantea desde la academia y como una posibilidad de la rehabilitación de unos vacíos urbanos que están presentes en la ciudad de Pereira por causa del colector Egoya, como un proyecto de interés regional, el cual se torna interesante en la medida que este lugar posee un valor histórico, religioso y natural para el municipio de Pereira. El desarrollo integral de la zona como un gran conector mediante espacio público con otros proyectos urbanísticos, es la meta central del proyecto, el cual busca incentivar el uso de enlaces peatonales como recorridos paisajísticos y espacios públicos que aporten a la estética y esparcimiento social en su entorno. / Abstract: This text shows the development of the project based on an urban to finally develop a specific project, being an exercise that arises from the academy and as an opportunity for the rehabilitation of some urban voids that are present in the city of Pereira Egoya collector because, as a project of regional interest, which becomes interesting to the extent that this place has a historical, religious and natural for the municipality of Pereira.
